Parents as partners

Instilling confidence

We actively encourage an honest and open partnership with our parents - we like to know how you feel and listen to your suggestions - our door is always open. To compliment this we have have a committee of parents that get together throughout the year with the nursery management team to share ideas, discuss new initiatives and listen to ways in which we can improve our service. An annual survey and suggestion boxes placed around the nursery also provide alternative ways to tell us how we are doing and for you to share your ideas or concerns.

Please tell us what you think. If you’re concerned about anything, it gives us chance to put it right. If you have something great to say about us or about a particular member of staff, then we’d like to give them a well-deserved 'high five'.

Cooking at the pre-school parent coffee morning - Parent's and their children enjoyed time with Kerry and Sian exploring outdoor healthy risk taking.  After a successful morning they all enjoyed a hot chocolate.

Sharing something 'GREAT':

We want to recognise our team and need your help. So if someone has done something special or we have exceeded your expectations, let us know. It’s great for them to hear that you value their hard work, plus it’s great for us to know who the stars are, so we can celebrate them!

Sharing a concern

We’re passionate about providing excellent service and care, but as we’re only human, we may sometimes not meet the high expectations you rightly place upon us. If we’ve let you down, please give us the opportunity to put it right. Tell us more so we can investigate and address your concerns and respond to you personally.

If you would like to join our parent forum group please email the Nursery Manager.
